Blog Post Eighteen - “The Scoop on Why Healing is Hot”

It’s Hot That You Are Healing. Healing is more than just a buzzword. It’s an intentional choice to channel your energy into building a life full of joy, good faith, and healthy, fulfilling relationships. It's actually one of the most underrated acts of self-love out there. It’s a powerful statement that you are worth the time and effort to become the best version of yourself. When you decide to heal, you’re not just taking care of yourself; you’re setting an example for others. It’s a bold move, and it’s incredibly hot.

In a world that often tells us we’re not enough, it’s incredibly hot to defy that claim and embrace the wholeness inside of you. Healing is not just about mending broken pieces; it’s an awakening to the strength and beauty that lies within. It takes courage to put yourself first, to stop victimizing yourself, and to let go of negative energy. It’s time to use your body and energy to host good vibes, good faith, and welcome healthy relationships into your life.

Putting yourself first doesn’t mean being selfish; it means recognizing your worth and taking the necessary steps to nurture your well-being. Stop victimizing yourself and start putting yourself on the pedestal. Why do we always put others on a pedestal? Out of pity? Since when were we told we can’t be on the pedestal ourselves? Today, I want to encourage you, girls, to start embracing the beauty of healing because it’s hot, nurturing and fulfilling. Healing doesn’t make you fragile; it makes you fierce.

When you take the time to heal, you indulge in habits that lead you to your better self. You start glowing, growing, and becoming her. Whether you’re healing from a breakup, mental distress, a relationship with your body, food, family, or grief from losing a loved one, or anything else, don’t feel weak for taking time for yourself. It’s a sign of strength and resilience. It is important to note though, that it’s crucial to cut ties with relationships and people who don’t add to you or serve you. Where there is subtraction, run girl! Leave. Starve it. Surround yourself with people who lift you up, who believe in you, and who support your journey because healthy relationships are those that add to your life, not subtract from it.

Now, embracing the beauty of healing is a form of badass energy, if I can say so myself. It’s about taking control of your life, making decisions that benefit you, and not letting fear, doubt, or victimization hold you back. When you decide to put yourself first, you start to glow from the inside out. You become more confident, more radiant, and more powerful. And other people will see it, trust me. I recently realized that healing meant stopping the cycle of victimization and starting to put myself on the pedestal. It’s a roller coaster journey of self-discovery and empowerment, one I thoroughly enjoy, because it also adds interest and fun to the plot of my life. Let’s be real, life would be boring without it.

Let me tell you this, ladies: healing is hot. It’s nurturing, empowering, and undeniably badass to reclaim your energy and focus on becoming the best version of yourself. When you commit to healing, you’re not just surviving—you’re glowing, growing, and stepping into the woman you were always meant to be.

Let’s embrace the beauty of healing and the incredible power of putting ourselves first. Healing isn’t just self-care; it’s a personal revolution. It’s about reclaiming your light, your confidence, and your worth. And honestly? I can’t think of a better movement to be a part of.

If you’re like me and love to defy the conventional rules of this world, let’s lead this revolution together. Take my hand, and let’s glow together. Because healing? It’s not just beautiful. It’s hot.
